Here I shall mark losses. It’s another way of keeping honest with myself off of the Weight Watchers app.

 

Starting Weight (Oct. 3, 2014): 250

Goal Weight: 221.1

Week 1: I lost 1 pound! so I’m at 249.

Week 2: Down 1 pound

Week 3: Gained 2

Week 4: Down 1.7 pounds

Week 5: Maintain

Week 6: Down 5.3 pounds (243!)
